Malawi is one of the poorest countries in the world. With 1,000,000 HIV positive people and just 165 doctors, the fight against HIV is being lost. 100,000 people per year are dying per year in Malawi because there are not enough health care workers to treat the country’s patients.
Baobab uses technology to make health care workers more effective, despite their limited training and numbers. With a Baobab clinical workstation guiding them through care they can treat more patients, and treat them according to world class protocols.
